You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a creator account or make purchases on the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Creators are responsible for the content they publish, the accuracy of their offerings, and delivering on any services, calls, or digital products they sell.

Fans are responsible for the accuracy of payment information provided and for reviewing membership or purchase terms before buying.

Both creators and fans agree to interact respectfully and in accordance with our community standards.

Ownly Studio charges a platform commission on creator earnings as described on our Pricing page, along with standard payment processing fees shown at checkout.

Payouts to creators follow the schedule associated with their plan. We reserve the right to hold or delay payouts to investigate suspected fraud or policy violations.

All fees are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to affected users.

Creators retain ownership of the content they publish on Ownly Studio. By posting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the platform.

You may not upload content you don't have the rights to, or content that infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of a third party.

You may not use the platform to distribute illegal content, harass or exploit others, engage in fraud, circumvent platform fees, or violate the intellectual property rights of others.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section without prior notice.

You may close your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, payment obligations, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Ownly Studio is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
